December was a month of uncertainty. A crumbling strata of human consumption. The weak seamed economy led to a mediocre stoke for a season that most live for.  Precipitation teased with a fashionably late appearance and few to many freeze rain cycles.

 The finer things in life seem to always come at a cost. A couple of close calls already to date this season has led me to wonder if the population is in a position to even save themselves..? Not likely, unless your left with a leg to stand on, or maybe even an arm to dig. Off color for some, but events close to home can elevate my emotions. Greed comes in many shapes and sizes, with saying this i should fill in the blank. Those of you that feel your recreation in the mountains is about satisfying a personal need, your right. But for heavens sake test YOUR limits not those of others. Be aware of your surroundings, understand your surroundings and learn how to adapt in the mountains.
